Graphic Designer - Marketing Team

Purpose: SRAM’s new Graphic Designer will be responsible for assisting the Brand Communications Manager with the design and execution of materials relating to brand strategy and/or products.

Location: 
Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities: 
  • Design, develop, and prepare highly creative marketing materials including: catalogs, flyers, sell sheets, packaging labels, merchandising, and advertising.
  • Manage various digital assets for distribution internally, as well as to customers and industry partners.
  • Focus on production of digital and print assets, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Develop designs and execute production for trade shows and other exhibition booths and presentations.
  • Assist with product photography.
  • Follow corporate trademark and registration policy.
  • Maintain production schedules and deadlines according to department and product development team needs.

Qualifications: 
  • BFA or equivalent in Graphic Design.
  • MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience in graphic design with a strong awareness of action sports, entertainment, and design trends.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Mac computer software in an OS environment and relevant design programs, including: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with digital image production, digital prepress, printing procedures, and production workflow.
  • Strong logo and property development skills required.
  • Understanding of web based design creation and content management system.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks within tight project deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Digital photography and video experience a bonus.
