Chicago has been home to SRAM’s global headquarters since its founding in 1987. Much of SRAM’s engineering, marketing, and senior staff are in this award-winning office space in Chicago’s booming West Loop. The office is open, inviting, and boasts a popular (and well-marked) test track around the office.
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, UNITED STATES
Home of RockShox, SRAM’s Colorado facility sits in the shadow of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, more specifically Pikes Peak, and delivers some of the best bike riding in the US. Much of the brake and suspension development teams work in the office where gravity is primary to product development and testing.
SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA, UNITED STATES
Chainrings, bottom brackets, cranks, and front derailleurs are all developed, prototyped, and lab tested in our SLO facility. These products are then field tested on the area’s world-class roads and trails. This facility also hosts marketing, advanced development, and HR team members to round out this tightly-knit group of SRAMmies.
SPEARFISH, SD, UNITED STATES
Quarq power meters are designed, tested, built, and shipped out of this do-it-all facility on the western edge of South Dakota. Beautiful views, open roads, and a close team of employees are what thrive in the foothills.
INDIANAPOLIS, IN, UNITED STATES
Located close enough to the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway to hear the buzz of race cars, SRAM’s Indy location, home to Zipp, passionately pursues speed and innovation. The 80,000 square foot facility is home to manufacturing for Zipp wheels as well as critical office functions for SRAM and all of its brands.
VANCOUVER, CANADA
Located on North Vancouver’s north shore, SRAM’s newest location serves as Canada’s dealer service center as well as home to the SRAM MTB brand team. World renowned pedaling is minutes away from the office, making it the ideal community to immerse ourselves in to understand how we can grow mountain biking on a global scale.
NIJKERK, NETHERLANDS
SRAM has its European Headquarters located in Nijkerk, The Netherlands. Easily serviced by Train, Car, or Bike and only 30 km from “the most cycling friendly city in the world” of Utrecht. Our established location is home to our European Customer Service and Data Management teams, providing Sales support for all EU business and connected to our Teams around the globe. Within our EU HQ, a dedicated SRAM Technical Service team supports a 2,500-dealer strong marketplace known for its cycling passion with warranty, training, and product service support. Our Nijkerk location proudly employs a multinational staff and builds experience in a truly global culture.
SCHWEINFURT, GERMANY
The European Development and Training Center in Schweinfurt is the largest SRAM site in Europe. Groundbreaking MTB and Road drivetrain innovations are designed and tested by qualified engineers who are also cycling enthusiasts. Additionally, the Schweinfurt location houses Dealer Service for the Germanic region while Sales and Marketing cover the European markets.
DUSSELDORF, GERMANY
SRAM's newest development center is in Düsseldorf, Germany, providing more than 40 engineers the creative technical space for continued innovation. In addition to the Schweinfurt facility, SRAM employs more than 280 team members at its German development centers.
COIMBRA, PORTUGAL
Thousands of meters of system-engineered chain are proudly produced every day in the Coimbra facility, home to SRAM’s global chain development and manufacturing. The PRR - AM2R can be found here.

CHAMBÉRY, FRANCE
The small DSD team based near Chambéry provides technical support and SRAM Technical University training facilities for the French market since July 2010. Located at the entrance to the Alpes delivers stellar riding for all disciplines, as well as great BBQ.
SHEN KANG, TAICHUNG, TAIWAN
Shen Kang is SRAM’s Asian headquarters, and the adjacent factory is where the majority of SRAM’s components are manufactured. The famous Taichung airport loop is the most popular lunch ride route for SRAMmies here.
WATERFORD, IRELAND
SRAM’s Ireland office is located in Waterford, and is home to a portion of our Global Finance and IT teams. Waterford is the oldest city in Ireland and well known for its Viking heritage, Crystal glass and the Greenway cycling trail.
XI TUN, TAICHUNG, TAIWAN
Taichung is a city central to the bicycle industry, and for SRAM, it’s where we engineer more than 1,500 unique parts annually. Great riding abounds as SRAM’s Asia Development Center sits near Squirrel Hill and the famous Super 8 trails.
KUNSHAN, CHINA
Kunshan has long been one of the largest and most important production centers for the bicycle industry, and close to Shanghai. The office is not only an extension of SRAM’s long history in China but also a sourcing and sales location.
FENGCHOU, TAICHUNG, TAIWAN
The newest and most advanced of the SRAM facilities in north Taichung features carbon fiber fabrication, die-casting, and plastic injection molding.
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
Not far from Melbourne’s best trails and road rides sits SRAM’s Australian location. This efficient space serves many roles including sales, service, marketing, supply, industry-leading dealer support and training, and hosts the local fleet of SRAM’s Neutral Race Support vehicles.
