Mitch Ropelato held down his title winning his third consecutive RockShox Ultimate Pumptrack Challenge last night. The course, located at Whistler's Olympic Plaza, entertained over 4000 spectators as racers provided non-stop action through the s-shaped course crammed with berms, gaps, doubles, and rollers. Troy Brosnan suffered a crash in the first round of the finals but was able to rally for second place behind Ropelato.
