Statement:
Working on this collage, using acrylic paint in a way I had never worked with before, led me on a journey of experimentation and playfulness. Bike parts became critters, acrylic paint became an imaginary landscape for the critters to play in, and the use of phosphorescent and UV paint under a black light created a "night and day" opportunity for the viewer to enjoy.
