Karen Calkins Ragus

Karen Calkins Ragus has an undergraduate degree in art education from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and a Master’s degree in adult vocational education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She taught for a brief time and then started her own business as an interior designer and gallery owner. Currently she is a full-time painter and teaches abstract painting at Lake Mills Arts Center, an art school that she founded. She has been represented by several galleries and has received numerous awards over the years.
