Stefanie Denz, MFA (University of Auckland, NZ), awarded; Commonwealth Scholarship 1987, Canada Council Grants 1999, 2003, BC Arts Council Grant 2009, exhibited in NZ, US, Germany and Canada, was born in Duncan, BC. She lives with her family on Saltspring Is. BC. Her work can be seen at Winchester Gallery, Victoria, and in her studio.
