SRAM Torpedo Single Speed Hub

SRAM Torpedo Singlespeed is the first ever single speed hub, that you can ride free or fixed!Seven rotations with a screwdriver will switch SRAM Torpedo.

Fixed: "Fixed Gear“ means riding without a freewheel. As long as the bike is moving, the rider’s legs have to keep pedaling. According to fixed gear bikers it is “the best ever feeling”. Legs and bike work together.

Free: The freewheel is integrated in the hub and makes sure that the connection between the rear wheel and the chain loosens up when going forward. As soon as the wheel rotates faster than the cranks, the rider’s legs can get a rest while the rear wheel keeps rolling.
