Coordinates day to day relationships with dedicated customer base. This is a spider in the web position that works together as needed with shipping locations, Sales, Accounting and other company resources to coordinate day-to-day customer requirements.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, representing SRAM and providing a high level of customer service
  • Responsible for order management: schedule, confirm and monitor sales orders in close cooperation with our production locations in Europe, USA and Asia
  • Provide information in response to inquiries about products, sales orders, lead times, shipments and services and handle and resolve complaints
  • Handle and resolve complaints according to our Quality Procedures and help avoid reoccurrences
  • Develop and maintain close business relationships with customer contacts
  • Maintain the accuracy of customer account data at all times
  • Manage customer credit situations and order blocks when a credit limit is reached
  • MBO+/HBO education (obtained through education or working experience)
  • Excellent written and spoken English required and proficiency in German preferred
  • Strong organizing and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and intercultural skills
  • Detail oriented with strong administrative follow-up and follow-through
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive with strong work ethic
  • Experience within an international customer services environment
  • Ability to cope with hectic deadlines and changing workloads
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
