Support the development and launch of SRAM’s innovative products through engineering tool usage and development, process design, best practices, and training.

Aufgabenbereiche


  • Support engineering tools and process development to enhance capabilities, increase efficiency and improve the quality of SRAM products
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify, develop and implement best practices in a global design environment
  • Lead the development and customization of new tools/processes
  • Design and maintain a user training program for global engineering teams
  • Support global PLM initiatives related to engineering tools and usage
  • Manage engineering tools, configurations, and software upgrades
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate within the Global PLM team as a liaison between the internal customer base and other team members to support information flow
  • The benefits for this position include group health insurances including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary plans. As well as 401k match, life insurance, long term disability, and paid time off. Salaries start at $70,000 + up to 40% based on skills and experience level. This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance.

Qualifikationen


  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience with the PTC Creo suite of tools
  • Working knowledge of advanced Creo functionality and techniques
  • Demonstrated desire to learn, master, and implement advanced Creo tools and modeling techniques in a production environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively, analytically, and with a global focus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead workshops, presentations, and training
  • Experience with PTC Windchill suite preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required globally
