The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for helping to build SRAM’s web presence and to increase inbound traffic and ecommerce conversions on sram.com. You will be working with a team that is dedicated to effectively reaching consumers at all points of the customer journey. This role will be responsible for supporting SRAM by developing and executing Digital Marketing plans across a variety of web platforms.

Aufgabenbereiche
  • Paid advertising and campaign optimization on both social media and Google Ads
  • Assist brand and content managers in product launches, event marketing, and other efforts
  • Run and measure Google Display and Facebook remarketing campaigns
  • Implement website optimization, technical search engine optimization, and keyword strategy
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product development to ensure brand consistency
  • Partner with web developer team in conversion rate tracking
  • Proactively offer strategic campaign recommendations across all digital channels
  • Be responsible for website call-to-action optimization and A/B testing
  • Implement marketing automations including abandoned cart campaigns and remarketing campaigns
  • Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms
Qualifikationen
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications preferred, or related relevant experience
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing specialist or Digital Marketing manager
  • At least 2 years of experience with key aspects of building a digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and/or email marketing
  • Experience with Google technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to summarize complex information into concise copy
  • Must be highly organized, willing to work closely in cross-functional teams, and possess an attention to detail
  • Driven and willing to continue learning
  • Experience with online store merchandizing is a plus
