Aufgabenbereiche
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded electronics and software
- Test Hardware based on requirements (environmental, EMC, performance, safety)
- Debug and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure the system’s robustness and reliability
- Optimize Hardware design based on simulation and test results
- Contribute to the creation, use and adherence to evolving standards
- Ensure a constant collaboration between stakeholders to facilitate integration of features and services
- Document design, development, and test procedures for future reference and collaboration

Qualifikationen
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in embedded system development for electronics and software, or of professional hardware development for serial products
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Knowledge of communication protocols (SPI, i²C, UART, etc,) and experience with wireless technologies (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) is a plus
- Experience in the field of BMS and buck-boost converter recommended
- Strong understanding of hardware design, schematic capture, and PCB layout
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and team skills required
- Experience in mentoring and growing students/ junior engineers is a plus
