Senior Engineer will design and develop assembly/Manufacturing processes to produce high quality, robust products that achieve project goals. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. 熟悉設計並研發能達成計畫目標的高品質且堅固耐用產品之生產組裝程序，能自主驅動，在最少監督下完成工作。
Aufgabenbereiche
- Familiarity with designing and developing manufacturing/assembly processes that result in high quality, robust products that achieve project goals. Expertise of at least one specific process.
- 設計並研發能達成計畫目標的健全且高品質產品之生產組裝程序，為一個以下特定製程之專家。
- Apply manufacturing best practices and standard procedures in how work is accomplished. Understand ISO 9000 document structure.
- 熟悉如何依據最佳製造法及標準流程完成工作，理解品質系統文件結構。
- Teamwork and communication to ensure engineering problem solving & task execution.
- 透過團隊合作及溝通，確保工程問題解決及日常事務執行。
- Work as project leader to initiate required project, familiar with A3 report or related as project tool.
- 作為專案領導者能啟動專案，進行專案工作，並熟悉A3報告等專案工具。
- Effectively mitigate manufacturing risks through engineering analysis tool such as pFMEA, especially as it relates to understanding effects from internal and external variability.
- 有效的運用工程分析工具，如pFMEA，減少製造風險。
- Experience with QA 7 tools, MSA, 8D or related for actual case application.
- 有經驗使用QA七手法, MSA, 8D 等工具進行真實案件應用之問題解決。
- Experience with statistical tools for actual case application.
- 有經驗使用統計手法進行真實案件研究。
- Provide engineering insight to other team members and factory departments. Review with engineers and share experience.
- 提供工程見解給其他團隊成員和工廠各部門，能審查工程師，並給予經驗回饋。
- Duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
- 執行主管交付任務。
Qualifikationen
- Junior College in Engineering or related field
- 機械工程科系或相關科系
- Over 3 years experience of professional engineering/development
- 三年以上相關工作經驗者佳。
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak in English
- 英文能讀寫說者佳
- Ability to review product/mechanism design detail or GD&T.
- 具備機械識圖能力，理解幾何尺寸及公差要求，能使用CAD進行圖面設計者佳。
