Velocio Ecommerce Specialist

Velocio, a SRAM brand, has been focused on finding a better way since its inception. The specialist will develop and implement eCommerce analytics and programming metrics for the Velocio brand. Working closely with the sales team to interpret and support the overall growth strategy.
Aufgabenbereiche
- Establish a strategy for overall performance and the success of DTC and eCommerce platforms
- Conduct audits to monitor health and work with relevant partners to address improvements
- Track and report on analytics & KPIs (GA, CRM, Shopify)
- Proactively offer strategic recommendations and troubleshoot technical issues
- Lead continual management of any owned eCommerce tools and Web Analytics (related to Velocio)
- Partner with the broader Velocio team to ensure brand consistency
- Stay current on marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms
- Adapt quickly to shifting responsibilities and daily tasks in order to support the entrepreneurial nature of the organization
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, mass communications preferred, or related relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience with digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, eCommerce, and/or email marketing
- Experience with web analytics (Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, etc.)
- Proficient with Google Suite/MS Office, especially Googles Sheets/Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to summarize complex information
- Must be highly organized, self-directed, and possess an attention to detail
- Exposure to Tableau or another BI platform, a plus
- Driven and willing to continue learning
