Velocio, a SRAM brand, has been focused on finding a better way since its inception. This role will work directly on the growth of retail sales globally for the Velocio brand. We’re looking for a curious and creative team player who is passionate about the industry and well versed in sales and marketing.


  • Maintain and build upon Velocio’s retail accounts with a focus on key strategic markets
  • Partner with Field Guides and Ambassadors where possible to build brand awareness in/around retail locations
  • Present new product information using many forums
  • Identify and evaluate content development opportunities across SRAM brands, industry partners, athletes, and events
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to help shape cooperative messaging and retailer communication strategy that aligns with brand marketing standards, retail events, product launches
  • Participation in events including; trade shows, product launches, races, rides, etc.
  • Monitor and report out in terms of sales, profitability, and market penetration objectives
  • Adapt quickly to shifting responsibilities and daily tasks in order to support the entrepreneurial nature of the organization


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or similar experience within the cycling industry (specifically related to Independent Bicycle Dealers)
  • Understanding/familiarity with B2B systems and reporting analytics
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience of Velocio products and collections to retailers
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to bring integrity, humor, and creativity to the team
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic markets is preferred with a willingness to research where knowledge is lacking
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
