Overview


Management of business processes including sales order confirmation, production order arrangement, purchasing order management, and making sure shipments to customers are on time. To maintain customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries, also control reasonable inventory level, and achieve good balance in business process control.

Responsibilities


  • Manages or performs work associated with the following:
  • Maintaining Flexible L/T to customers by assembly capacity and material provision
  • Management of order process to keep high on-time-delivery rate to customers
  • Management of inventory control and prevention of unnecessary SLOB
  • Detecting risk and bottleneck of production, and making solutions
  • Factory resource arrangement (manpower, materials, and facilities) in slow and peak seasons
  • Managing supply chain Demand/Forecast/Order by production plan
  • Continuously developing and coaching high potential talent to be professionals
  • Responsibilities typically include:
  • Setting & Reviewing day-to-day operational objectives for team members
  • Ensuring policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement

Qualifications


  • Graduated from university or above
  • 5+ years' management experience in production planning, purchasing or supply chain management
  • 7+ years' working experience in manufacturing, automobile, electronic or bicycle related industry
  • Good communication skills, integrative capability, cross-functional collaboration
  • Good English communication skills
  • Familiar of MRP or ERP of SAP
