LENTINE ALEXIS
Lentine is a professional chef + former professional endurance athlete, constantly on the hunt for a two-wheeled adventure + the perfect way to fuel it. The inspirations she finds on the bike shape the recipes + stories she creates and shares, designed to inspire athletes + everyone to dive deeper, live boldly and eat better in the process.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Winning a kilo of rice, a drum of awamori + local celebrity at my first ever long-course triathlon on Ishigaki Island in Southern Japan. Riding my bike on gravel from Geneva to Nice + eating an estimated 5 miles of baguette in the process. 15+ years designing recipes for athletes including the ultimate trail cookie to fuel Rebecca Rusch's 2021 Iditarod win (!!), finding grace in a DNF/forced scratch at ABSA Cape Epic 2017 (and perhaps less notably Team USA Triathlon Athlete 2012-2014, UTI Long Course World Championship Top Ten finisher, IM Kona Finisher 08-10.)
FUN FACT: I was a synchronized swimmer in high school, competing at the Junior Olympics. My secret training in the summer still includes doing sculls, drills + breath holds in the pool. I always want to be prepared for having my breath taken away (in all the good + bad ways.)
