We’ve supported and rooted for our elite cyclocross racers all season, and now they’re set for USA Cycling Cyclocross Nationals Championships at Austin’s Zilker Park. Here’s a rundown of SRAM riders to watch on Sunday.

Elite Women
Last year’s runner-up Elle Anderson of Kalas-NNOF Cycling spent the season living in Belgium and racing in Europe. Other riders to watch include Kaitie Antonneau of Cannondale p/b and CrossVegas champ Meredith Miller of Noosa Professional Cyclocross. Watch also for Squid Bikes’ Emily Kachorek and California Giant – Specialized’s Rachel Lloyd, whose comeback this season has included multiple podium appearances.

Elite Men
Look for a possible showdown between defending champ Jeremy Powers (Rapha Focus) and young and talented roadie Danny Summerhill (K-Edge / Felt). Also never count out the Cannondale p/b duo Ryan Trebon, second last year but hampered by injury much of the season, and Tim Johnson, third last year. Watch also Adam CraigJosh Johnson and Carl Decker of Giant Factory Off Road.

U23 Men
The pipeline of ‘cross talent is impressive. Last year California Giant – Specialized achieved the podium sweep with Logan Owen taking the win. This year, Owen remains a top favorite along with 2014 runner-up Yannick Eckmann and Tobin Ortenblad, both of California Giant – Specialized, and Cannondale p/b’s Curtis White.

Here's the 1x thing all these contenders have in common…
All of these pros will be racing the world’s only Cyclocross specific groupset, SRAM’s Force CX1 with SRAM HydroR hydraulic disc brakes.
