The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will analyze, design, and administer compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to SRAM’s team of global employees. As a part of the broader Human Resources team, this individual will provide support for daily and longer-term initiatives that contribute to the overall well-being of our team.


  • Assist in annual increase, bonus, and performance processes
  • Assist with day-to-day activities for benefit and wellness programs such as health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, employee assistance, retirement, and other plans (401K)
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend enhancements or changes to compensation, benefit, and wellness programs based on market trends, company strategy, or changes in regulations
  • Partner with functional leaders to maintain and update job descriptions, recommend FLSA classifications, and conduct job analyses
  • Act as liaison between broker and carriers/vendors
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on communication and education programs to enhance team member knowledge of benefits and compensation programs
  • Participate proactively in annual Open Enrollment process
  • Serve as internal consultant to the HR team and managers, and support employee inquiries
  • Perform compliance activities including annual reporting and filings
  • Review, prepare, and reconcile benefit related invoices
  • May perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high regard for accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on employee education
  • Knowledge of benefit, compensation and general HR regulations and laws (i.e. FLSA, ERISA)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • The benefits for this position include group health insurances including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary plans. As well as 401k match, life insurance, long term disability, and paid time off. This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance
