Overview

As bicycle enthusiastic you provide technical support and advice to the retailers in the Benelux market

Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for bicycle dealers where you provide technical support and advice on high end bike components
  • Identify and proactively solve problems where you will try to find the solutions by thinking outside of the box
  • Manage and coordinate warranty claims by evaluating returned products and process warranty replacements/repairs
  • Actively follow up on dealer issues
  • Process dealer orders where you ensure accurate data entry at all times
  • Perform paid service on returned product to SRAM specifications
  • Assist your colleagues with technical questions and support internal and external training requests
  • Support recall and rework actions on and off site
  • Prepare shipments of repaired product and quality samples
  • Assist our Marketing events on and off site
Qualifications
  • MBO+ education (obtained through education or working experience)
  • Good level of written and spoken Dutch and English
  • Strong and creative problem solving skills with hands-on mentality
  • Service minded with good communication skills
  • Accurate and detail focused
  • Flexible and open minded
  • Passion for bikes
  • Technical background preferred
