The Digital Marketing Analyst will work closely with the broader Digital Marketing team to develop and maintain pay-per-click marketing campaigns and increase ecommerce conversions on sram.com. You will be working with a team that is dedicated to effectively reaching consumers at all points of the customer journey. This role will be responsible for supporting SRAM by reporting on Digital Marketing efforts, defining audiences and segments, and making recommendations to improve campaign performance.

  • Analyze marketing data across platforms, incl. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Sprout Social, Episerver
  • Assist in defining and tracking KPIs for paid advertisements and web marketing, and make recommendations that will improve performance
  • Update and maintain web site dashboards and assist in preparing regular scorecards for digital channels
  • Provide maintenance, updates, and ongoing audits of GTM tagging across properties
  • Create marketing reports to inform the broader SRAM team on the performance of Digital Marketing efforts
  • Educate brand managers and content managers, as well as other team members on understanding and tracking marketing data
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • May perform other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Math preferred, or related relevant experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing analysis and a strong understanding of the technology, terminology, methods, and strategies
  • Proven experience with the following tools: Web analytics (Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, etc.), Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel, etc.), SEM, Web visualization, SQL, BigQuery, A/B testing and personalization (Google Optimize, Episerver)
  • Experience preparing dashboards and understanding of key digital metrics (e.g., CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, etc.)
  • Understanding of current digital marketing best practices and trends
  • Familiarity with UTM codes and their appropriate use for campaign tracking
  • Must be highly organized, willing to work closely in cross-functional teams, and possess an attention to detail
  • Driven, self-motivated and willing to continue learning
