The purpose of this role is to strategize, implement and maintain product initiatives that adhere to and align with the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives and be able to develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. They will oversee multiple project teams and ensure that program goals are reached. They will also be responsible for creating and managing budgets for maximum productivity.


  • Manage, coach, develop and mentor Project Managers (direct reports)
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
  • Work with other project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the Digital department and across SRAM organizational functions (Hardware products, IT projects)
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Ensure communication of program and project status and blockers to the larger SRAM organization. Responsible for communication tools, methods and effectiveness
  • Facilitates alignment activities among Product Managers.
  • Ability to hold team accountable to scope and delivery of the project
  • Support product managers with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope
  • Faster-than-average pace while recognizing and adjusting to change.
  • Ability to learn quickly, and thoroughly with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer focused
  • Setting and achieving specific standards, priorities, and objectives for self and others; an emphasis on delivery and quality.
  • Effectively lead and motivate remote teams without direct authority.
  • Develop relationships and networks outside of immediate development team, including product managers, team leaders, and factories.
  • Remote evening and weekend work as required including having high speed home internet access.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Direct experience in development of Software Products.
  • 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Previous stakeholder management skills
  • The benefits of this position include group health insurance including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary plans. As well as 401k match, life insurance, long-term disability, and paid time off. Salaries start at $130,000 + up to 15% based on skills and experience level. This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance
