Overview


The Motion Graphics Designer conceptualizes, develops and implements motion graphic design solutions that meet marketing strategies and reflect SRAM’s brand identities. Create communication solutions, from concept to completion, in a wide range of graphic applications including: social media, mobile platforms and emerging media. These design solutions being produce will maintain a culture of best-in-class brand identity and product communication design across multiple brands and communication channels.

Responsibilities


  • Create visually stunning video assets and content in support of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative, brand and product teams to best support larger media goals
  • Take initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions
  • Create motion graphic templates for easy use by other creative team members
  • Manage own design, production and quality control workflow processes
  • from start to finish
  • Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries

Qualifications


  • BFA or BA in Animation, Graphic Design, a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong portfolio of motion graphics work as well as static graphic design work
  • Outstanding skills in communication design (composition, typography, color, illustration, and movement)
  • Expert-level knowledge with Macintosh computers using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (including Animate and After Effects) and common motion graphics design application software/hardware
  • Never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance skillset
  • Strong ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills needed in order to consistently meet deadlines
