Apply the direction and framework set by the European Partnership Marketing Manager, by building and putting in place the right tactics and pressing the right levers in the UK and Northern Europe. Responsible for leading the development and execution of the overall brand promotion strategy. Executes localization strategies in partnership with cross functional teams to increase the brand value and awareness for customers, partners and riders in the UK and Northern Europe. Assist and support the EU Marketing Team in all regional marketing activities. Co-responsible for developing and maintaining the public images of the brands and reporting to the organization. This involves working with OEM/After Market customers, industry partners, ambassadors and event organizers.


  • Plan, implement and execute regional marketing tactics in alignment with brand strategies and European marketing goals
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in the region to achieve the European marketing goals
  • Partner with customers, industry partners, ambassadors and event organizers
  • Local maintenance and execution of public image of the brands and reporting feedback
  • Collaborate with translation team to develop local contents for different communication tools and tactics
  • May perform other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in PR, Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Experience in cycling and community engagement
  • Strong knowledge of the European bike industry
  • Strong communication skills – written, oral and live in front of an audience, fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical and mechanical abilities in the cycling industry
  • Proficient with communications technologies and social media
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications
