Overview


The Head of eCommerce role is responsible for the overall direction and implementation of our eCommerce strategy. This is a multi-faceted and cross-functional role that bridges the technical know-how of web and analytics with the strategic collaboration and planning of Marketing & Sales. It’s an end-to-end role that brings strategy through to deployment and analysis.

Responsibilities


  • Direct Web Team to deploy Sales & Marketing calendar on site
  • Manage product go-live process
  • Back end website administration, including third-party applications & tools
  • Inventory management and 3PL integrations for order processing, operations & CS
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA and other future privacy laws
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to maximize affiliate sales
  • General troubleshooting

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of seven years of eCommerce experience, preferably with admin integrations & analytics focus
  • Exceptional communication skills
