Overview


Velocio, a SRAM brand, has been focused on finding a better way since its inception. This role will be critical in supporting the sales and growth of Velocio. We’re looking for a curious and creative team player who is passionate about the industry and well versed Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Compliance. This position can be based out of one of our North American SRAM offices or New England.

Responsibilities


  • Responsibile for inventory management & forecasting for the Velocio product line
  • Coordinate with suppliers for forecasting, lead time and sourcing of fabric specs
  • Manage product and materials composition, traceability
  • Develop more detailed sustainability roadmap for all mills, materials and manufacturing, measuring our overall product impact
  • Develop and manage full circular design lifecycle plan for all product categories
  • Will lead composition labeling & compliance, HTS coding, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or planning (specifically related to the apparel, cycling, or outdoor industries)
  • Experience with inventory management system(s) and forecasting
  • Proficient in MS-Office or Google Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data quickly and make recommendations based on findings
  • Highly collaborative team player and able to work independently, as needed
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to bring integrity to the team
