Overview

To support the Industrial Design Team in the conception, development and execution of next generation bicycle components.

Responsibilities
  • Developing projects by assisting and executing from concept through production
  • Individual exploration of blue-sky concept-projects
  • Coordinating the use and maintenance of the industrial design shop
  • Creation of a portfolio containing all work completed at SRAM
Qualifications
  • BA/BS/BSA (completed or in progress) in Industrial Design or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about design
  • Ability to handle many projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Detail oriented with strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to work and thrive in a global team environment
  • Good demonstration of skill in the following:

  • oCAD Modeling
  • oProblem Solving
  • oModel Making
  • oGraphic Development
  • oMaterial and Processes
  • oSketching
