Overview


Implement validated and efficient test software to facilitate product quality and production efficiency. Implement validated and efficient IIoT/MES software to facilitate factory safety and product quality. Create related databases.

Responsibilities


  • Software development, validation, deployment, maintenance, and improvement
  • Applicable to who is responsible for test machines
  • Understanding production processes and requirements provides engineering insight
  • Early involved test machine design provides the designer insight to comply with DFM/DFA
  • Understand product behavior and purpose of product function test to ensure correctness and necessity of test
  • Understand product test items and methods, create test software SOP, and provide training for team members
  • Handle test software issues during pilot builds/mass production, discuss and implement resolutions
  • Continuously improve robustness and efficiency of test software to increase FPY
  • Applicable to who is responsible for IIot and MES
  • Data acquiring and controlling devices for production environment monitoring
  • Data acquiring and controlling devices for production machine operating monitoring
  • Real-time production status Kanban at shopfloor and remote access
  • Computer-aided production control system
  • Data processing and analysis of MES

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, electronic engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent in related subjects
  • 6 years of experience in software development, or able to develop software independently
  • Skillful in software development with knowledge of object-oriented programming and
  • operating systems
  • Skilled in electronic measurement instruments
  • Skilled in sensors, actuators, I/O, and machine-to-machine communication
  • TOEIC 500 or equivalent in English
  • Working at SK factory(Taichung City)
  • The working environment on the shop floor can be noisy, occupying about 8 hours a week
  • When necessary, take business trips, external training, or work in other factories
  • When necessary, participate in company group activities
