Orders will ship 2-3 business days following order confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders will ship by UPS ground shipping, with an option of UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge. Next day service orders entered after 3pm EST will ship the following day.
If your order totals $100 or more, you qualify for free standard ground shipping. At check-out, please select “standard” shipping option.
Some restrictions apply:
- Available for orders shipped to the contiguous USA, and to Alaska and Hawaii
- Excludes PO boxes & APO addresses
- Excludes wheels, which will include an upcharge to ensure secure packaging & shipping
New, unused items, purchased via the SRAM.com online store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment, less the shipping cost.
Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags and accessories included. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your returned items upon arrival, and additionally 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.
Returns may be initiated by submitting a request to our Rider Support teams.
A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued before product is returned. An RA number will be issued within 2 days of request. This number should be written on the outside of the return package(s).
Please be ready to provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization.
- Customer Name
- Sales Order #
- Product Serial #
- Reason for Return
You may exchange new, unused product for a different product within 30 days of the purchase date. The original product must be returned in the original packaging and with all tags and accessories. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Exchanges may be initiated by phone or by email.
Returns are not accepted for discounted, used, or damaged items, unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.
