As part of SRAM’s Product Development team, the Associate Test Development Engineer will build, test, and verify innovative, new components – mechanically & electronically – for the cycling industry. Home of RockShox, SRAM’s Colorado facility sits in the shadow of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, more specifically Pikes Peak, and delivers some of the best bike riding in the US. Much of the brake and suspension development teams work in the office where gravity is primary to product development and testing. Colorado Springs blends a mountain town vibe with metropolitan access. Ranked as one of the best places to live by US News & World Report, Colorado Springs is located about an hour south of Denver. Not all SRAM engineers are cyclists, but we all have a passion for creating our world class products. Enjoy a work environment focused on peer collaboration, continuous improvement, and hands-on creation of high-quality, robust bike components.
