The Digital Marketing Analyst will work closely with the broader Digital Measurement Team to provide insights around SRAM’s digital touch points at all points of the customer journey and increase conversion events on sram.com You will be responsible for supporting various SRAM teams by reporting on digital marketing efforts and web performance, defining audiences and segments, and making recommendations to improve campaign performance. This role can be based in our Chicago, Spearfish, or Colorado Springs offices.

Responsabilités


  • Analyze marketing data across platforms, incl. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Sprout Social, Episerver
  • Update and maintain website dashboards and assist in preparing regular scorecards for digital channels
  • Provide maintenance, updates, and ongoing audits of Google Tag Manager tagging across properties
  • Create marketing reports to inform the broader SRAM team on the performance of Digital Marketing efforts
  • Educate brand managers, product managers, content teams, as well as other team members on understanding and tracking marketing data
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Math, or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing analysis and a strong understanding of the technology, terminology, methods, and strategies
  • Driven, self-motivated, and willing to continue learning
  • Strong candidates will have experience with many of the following tools:
  • Web analytics (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel, etc.)
  • SEM (semrush, Moz, AdWords, etc.)
  • Web visualization (Hotjar, VWO)
  • SQL, BigQuery, Python
  • A/B testing and personalization (VWO, Google Optimize)
  • Experience preparing dashboards and understanding key digital metrics (e.g., CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, etc.)
  • Understanding of current digital marketing best practices and trends
  • Familiarity with UTM codes and their appropriate use for campaign tracking
  • Must have excellent project and time management skills, be highly organized, self-directed, and possess an attention to detail
  • Experience with consumer Privacy and Data regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20% of the time
  • This role can be based in our Chicago, Spearfish, or Colorado Springs offices
