Responsabilités
- Provide local and remote technical support to end-users
- Maintain the local IT inventory
- Install and trouble-shoot end-user software that complies with SRAM standards
- Provide Mobile device (Smartphone) support
- MS Active Directory user account maintenance and Group Membership
- Email support for end-users using Outlook and/or Webmail
- Administer Disaster Recovery procedures using approved data backup solution
- Support of other office systems: Conference Room A/V equipment, Network, Printers, etc.
- Provide basic office telephone system support
- Lead and manage local IT projects
- Train end users on new and existing solutions
- Manage dedicated IT systems and programs
- Coordinate and purchase local IT equipment for end users
- Work as part of a global team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in IT Help desk or IT Support; within an international environment is a pre
- Excellent software knowledge (DB knowledge is a pre)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Service minded with good communication skills
- Accurate and strong detail-focused
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and hands-on mentality
- Ability to provide technical training
- Flexible and open minded
