Mechatronics Test Engineer (m/f/x)

SRAM is seeking for a test engineer to join the German product development team. In this role, you will constantly drive all testing related project activities with a strong collaboration in cross-functional development teams for mechanical and electronic components.

Responsabilités

• Independently develop test plans, procedures and methods for testing
• Collaborate with engineers to design, build, manage, and continuously improve automated development test systems for mechatronic devices
• Resolve complex engineering issues associated with testing
• Characterize product behavior, analyze test data, and communicate results to support product development
• Incorporate continuous improvement concepts, systems, and tools in daily work

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) or Bachelor´s degree with equal relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures in mechanical and electromechanical tests
• Knowledge of fatigue testing and NVH (noise vibration harshness)
• Familiarity with testing tools, Phyton and LabVIEW
• Good problem-solving skills, Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box
• Proficiency in English and German as well as a cross-cultural and cross-functional mindset
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
