Responsabilités

• Explore and recommend suitable, innovative tubing operations and processes carefully that can contribute to business performance.
• 詳細的研究製程及推薦合適的,創新的管材製造流程，並呈現到產品的表現上
• Research and develop raw materials, tooling, equipment, emerging technologies, and process design for continue improvement, to quality, delivery, and competitive total cost.
• 研究和開發新材料，模具，製造設備，新興技術和工藝設計，以及不斷改進品質，交期和提供具有競爭力的零件
• Create, share useful guidance and technical knowledge in PD knowledge base and prepare technical documents.
• 在製程開發的知識庫中創造建立，共享有用的指導和技術知識，以及在技術報告中發布相關的開發研究結果
• Assist Process Engineer to define a capable supply chain and provide technical feedback to group leader to build a supplier strategy with sourcing managers.

• Provide technical solutions and determine the project development requirements that can provide robust manufacturing processes based on customer needs.

• Early involvement of Flow-Based Product Development for proposing a constructive option for tube parts or alternative options with different process based on intended design.

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Materials Science and Engineering or equivalent degree such as Mechanical Engineering.
• 材料工程或機械工程等相關科系學士畢業
• 5+ years of experience working and expertise in the relevant Aluminum tube manufacturing.
• 在鋁管相關的製造領域有5年以上的工作經驗和專業知識
• Familiar with Al material, Al Heat Treatment, Extrusion, Drawing, Anodizing, Machining and relevant manufacturing process.
• 鋁材料，鋁熱處理，擠型， 抽管，陽極，機械加工及相關製造工藝
• Experienced with applying a variety of tools such as statistic, GD&T, FMEA on the work.
• 在工作中應用各種工具（例如統計，GD＆T，FMEA）的經驗
• Basic English communication ability. TOEIC 550 above preferred.
• 基本的英語溝通能力。 TOEIC 550以上者優先
