Lead direction and collaborate with leadership team to focus on high quality, sustainable profitable growth through building and maintaining the overarching business strategy, based around Velocio's core values - design, community, responsibility - and the values of SRAM.

Responsabilités


  • Own Profit & Loss, budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning
  • Develop and maintain business growth strategy
  • Monthly updates and Senior Leadership presentations
  • Follow all accelerators and progress across the company
  • Analyze long-range planning and adjust as needed
  • Continued competitive analysis
  • Function as a conduit for integration. Leverage existing resources and relationships, advocating on behalf of Velocio.
  • Manage direct and indirect report relationships to ensure a team is functioning at the highest level. Maintain organization and reporting structure.
  • Follow up with suppliers, and manufacturing partners, to keep them up to date on progress and plans.
  • Lead Direction and Collaboration in the following areas: (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounting/FP&A)
  • Overall marketing budget and performance
  • Accelerator Programming
  • New Growth Opportunities
  • Overall strategy for sales channel mix-85-90% DTC
  • Identify new markets/categories and opportunities
  • Demand planning
  • Lead direction and collaborate with the Head of Operations on:
  • Global logistics
  • HR, Hiring, and headcount
  • Customer Service
  • Compliance and Supply Chain
  • Systems Integration
  • Lead direction and collaborate
  • Tax compliance
  • A/R, A/P, New Vendors
  • Long Range Planning
  • Customer Demand Planning
  • Define targets for teams and accelerator programs
  • Define reporting KPI’s
  • Financial forecasting

Qualifications


  • 10+ years experience in a leadership role and apparel/DTC preferred
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a team or related project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or other applicable field of study
  • Leadership philosophy synonymous with the current state
  • Deep experience and understanding of DTC (Director to Consumer) business
  • Product driven, brand aware: passionate about core values
  • Strengths in high-level strategic direction: balances data/intuition, understands brand
  • Willingness to dig in when needed
  • Knowledgeable about apparel and outdoor industry
  • Highly effective communicator, skilled at working with remote, hybrid and globally distributed teams
  • Project and people management skills
  • International travel required
  • Willingness to travel 25%, mostly domestic
