Velocio, a SRAM brand, has been focused on finding a better way since its inception. This role will establish Velocio as a valued and trusted brand. Responsible for overseeing partnerships and community awareness (DTC). Focused on building and maintaining important relationships, tracking, and measuring the efforts, and empowering our partners. This role will have responsibility for Velocio’s European market. Ideally, this role will be based in one of our European SRAM offices, or remotely from one of the designated regions. (European SRAM locations: Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal).

Responsabilités


  • Lead and build a high performing European Velocio team
  • Focus on direct to consumer (DTC) with key retail to anchor stores
  • Develop and drive sales strategy and KPIs for European growth (DTC, retail, pop up, promotions) collaboration from global team
  • Creates and executes Marketing plan (advertising, press, events, activations, ambassadors) to empower authentic product storytelling
  • Collaborates closely with cross functional teams to meet objectives
  • Responsible for leading the development and execution of the European marketing localization strategies
  • Create, manage, and maintain annual budgets

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of player/coach or program/project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the European cycling or outdoor industry
  • Exceptional communicator who brings integrity, humor, and creativity to the team
  • Demonstrates creativity, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with customers and peers in a cross-functional, global workplace
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
