California Supply Chain Transparency Act Disclosure

SRAM does not condone the use of slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, or other human rights abuses.

Verification: SRAM has compared our product offering to the US Department of Labor’s List of Goods Produced by Child Labor or Forced Labor in order to begin assessing the risks in our supply chain. This verification was not conducted by a third party.

Auditing and Certification: SRAM expects all suppliers to follow the law relevant to the countries in which they do business. We do not maintain a separate company standard to address risks of slavery and human trafficking nor require suppliers to certify the same.

Internal Accountability and Training: SRAM has not provided supply chain personnel with training related to identifying and mitigating risks of human trafficking. As we do not have specific company standards to address slavery and trafficking, we do not maintain an accountability program for these purposes.

As SRAM continues to grow we will continuously re-assess the risks in our business, including risks related to the potential use of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain. We will take action to mitigate such risks as appropriate.
