One on Top of the World

Jérôme Clementz continued his enduro streak, winning the Canadian Open Enduro this past weekend in Whistler, BC, Canada. Jérôme chose the proven XX1 drivetrain to get him through four aggressive stages strewn with knife-edged rocks and daunting descents fit only for a pro. His choice of a 38-tooth single front ring combined with the super wide 11-speed 10-42 cassette proved the perfect balance between the steep pitch to stage three and the long descents, including the final alpine stage from “Top of the World” to Whistler Village 5000’ feet below.
