Where is RockShox Service Direct located?
Our service center is in Rowville, Melbourne.
Can I drop off and collect my suspension in person?
Yes. You can leave your item with our receiving team. Please note: all communication is via the Service Portal. For collection, ensure your service job has been finalized via email confirmation.
Can you service my item while I wait?
No. Our industry-leading turnaround is 24–48 hours, but we cannot perform same-day servicing.
Can I pay at drop-off or pick-up?
No. All payments are made during booking by credit card.
What about suspension items older than 2018?
For RockShox products older than 2019, please book service through your local bike shop. Quoting and part availability are not supported online.
Can I purchase new RockShox products through this service?
No. Service Direct is a service facility only. For new products, contact your local bike store.
Can I bring in other SRAM or RockShox components?
No. Only pre-booked RockShox suspension items from 2018+ are accepted. An RA (Return Authorization) number is required.
Can I tour the facility?
No. To maintain our 24–48 hour turnaround, we are unable to offer tours.
