Assist the Global Brand Design Team in producing and maintaining a culture of best-in-class brand identity and product communication design across multiple brands and communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Brand Design Team in conceptualizing, designing, producing, and managing brand and product communications
  • Develop both print and digital advertisements
  • Design product presentations
  • Enhance SRAM presence at industry tradeshows and events
  • Collaborate with a well-rounded creative team and effectively work cross-functionally
  • Manage own design, production and quality control workflow processes from start to finish
  • Ensure the requirements of the brand guidelines are accurately and consistently integrated into all asset types
Qualifications
  • BFA in Graphic Design or 2+ years of professional experience within a design agency or in-house creative department
  • Strong portfolio in both digital and print
  • Outstanding knowledge in communication design (composition, typography, color, illustration, and photography)
  • Proficient with Macintosh computers using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong written, verbal communication and collaborative skills, and the ability to confidently and successfully present a creative point of view
  • Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of brand standards and the ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills needed in order to consistently meet deadlines with accuracy and thoughtfulness to the brands
  • Excellent hand-lettering and sketching ability is a plus
  • Interest in outdoor sports brand environment is a plus
