Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support on U.S. open positions with full lifecycle responsibility, including analysis of positions, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate evaluation
  • Lead development of SRAM’s global recruitment strategy in collaboration with HR leaders in global locations and act as subject matter expert on all recruitment related topics
  • Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers to effectively partner on searches, win trust and hire top talent
  • Share market insights with hiring managers and HR team from a business and market perspective
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Lead efforts to incorporate diversity and inclusion throughout SRAM’s recruitment and hiring practices
  • Maintain recruitment technology to deliver highest quality and efficiency to users and conduct training as necessary
  • Manage SRAM.com careers page as well as the company’s presence on various platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience that represents the SRAM brand
  • Generate recruitment metrics and insights
  • Evaluate third party recruitment agencies across the U.S. and manage ongoing relationships
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5 years recruitment experience required, HR Generalist experience a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Proven ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to leverage creative sourcing strategies including through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships to provide excellent service to hiring managers, interview teams and candidates
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, including the ability to present strategic concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement a plus
