IT Operations Assistant SRAM Portugal Are you passionate about IT and ready to make an impact? SRAM Portugal is looking for an IT Operations Assistant to be part of a hands-on, globally connected team, working closely with end users, supporting reliable IT operations, and partnering with international teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsabilidades
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, communication devices, workstations, and peripherals
- Implement predefined IT solutions in alignment with local and global standards
- Document system configurations and maintain up-to-date installation, operation, and user manuals
- Provide end-user support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a service-oriented and collaborative manner
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance plans
- Train end users on IT systems and applications
- Participate in local and international IT projects, working closely with cross-functional teams
Requisitos
- Minimum academic qualification: High School Diploma (12th grade)
- Technical training in Information Systems or equivalent practical knowledge
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and Hardware
- Programming language knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Residence within 30 km of SRAM Portugal (preferred)
- Availability for international travel
