Remco Evenepoel fought his way to second in GC with two stage wins, proving consistency throughout three weeks of racing is key. Mads Pedersen turned every sprint into must-watch racing, earning the green jersey and one stage win with a relentless mix of speed and grit. And when the road tilted skyward, Richie Carapaz made the mountains his playground, climbing into the iconic polka dot jersey with two fearless stage wins rewarding his every attack.

King of the Mountains


Two stage wins in three days capped an unforgettable run through the Alps for Richard Carapaz and the EF Education–EasyPost team. Richie attacked and broke away on Stage 18 to Orcières-Merlette, claiming the polka dot jersey, then backed it up with a gutsy victory atop Alpe d'Huez on Stage 20. Good climbing legs, perfect timing and just the right amount of chaos—that's how you earn the King of the Mountains title.
