Life

The people's champ

Dan is young, but he doesn't lack the depth of knowledge known mostly to those with far more seasons on the circuit. Dan's focus has been quite broad, which isn't to say that it isn't focused, it just transcends discipline even at the highest levels. From Crankworx to Hardline to dirt jumping and shredits, he commits fully to whatever he focuses on.

The summer season for him in Tasmania was less than ideal... Nursing a broken back and concussion he was unsure what lay ahead for the 2025 race season. Time off the bike allowed him to focus on his mind, taking the time to get back to a place where he was comfortable and ready to get back into the start gate. Although only a small margin, he took the win and fulfilled a childhood dream and kicked off what is sure to be a remarkable season.
