Overview


Are you someone who loves connecting ideas, people, and data to shape smart strategies? As a Demand Planner, you’ll play a key role in forecasting market needs — bringing together volume and revenue insights across product families and regions. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales teams, product managers, and customers to uncover what drives demand, turning those insights into confident, well-informed decisions that help move the business forward.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze customer forecasts, seasonal trends, and market data to quickly spot shifts and opportunities
  • Prepare and lead brand review meetings with account managers to gain insight into buying behaviors and upcoming developments
  • Keep demand plans fresh and accurate using statistical models, forecasts, and your product and market expertis
  • Support new product launches and transitions by developing demand plans that reflect input from sales, production, and other internal partner
  • Prepare and present clear, engaging reports for demand and brand reviews with management
  • Communicate changes in demand and potential risks in a timely, transparent, and solution-focused way

Qualifications


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or alternatively in Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field — especially — when paired with a strong understanding of business economics
  • Around 3 years of experience in Demand Planning and/or S&OP, or other relevant experience that shows your ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally
  • Experience or a personal connection with the outdoor industry is a plus — we love when passion meets profession
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, paired with clear and confident communication — both written and verbal
  • A natural ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and bring people together around shared goals
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel are a must; experience with SAP IBP and data visualization tools like Power BI is a bonus
  • A mindset geared toward continuous improvement — you’re always looking for ways to do things better
  • Comfortable with working in a dynamic, flexible environment where your adaptability and initiative will shine
  • You are curious, collaborative and ready to make an impact
