Responsibilities


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions in Europe.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders across global locations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, and make successful hires.
  • Share market insights to inform hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment.
  • Maintain and train users on recruitment technology platforms.
  • Manage SRAM.com careers page and presence on social media platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with SRAM’s brand.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and insights.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party recruitment agencies.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; HR Generalist experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of EU employment laws
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with creative sourcing strategies.
