Overview


Join SRAM’s dynamic Product Development team and help shape the future of cycling! As a Test Engineer, you'll build, test, and validate cutting-edge mechanical and electronic components that push the boundaries of performance.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute test plans, methods, and procedures for next-generation SRAM products
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to create and optimize automated testing systems for advanced mechatronic devices
  • Analyze product behavior and test data to inform and accelerate development
  • Apply statistical and reliability principles to ensure robust testing
  • Support the creation and release of detailed test procedures
  • Continuously improve processes, systems, and testing tools
  • Take on additional tasks as needed in a fast-paced R&D environment

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent
  • 2+ years in testing or product development
  • Proficiency in English; German skills a plus
  • Practical experience in test execution and issue tracking (preferred)
  • Familiarity with mechatronic systems and sensor technologies
  • Python development experience (scripts, modules, applications – desirable)
  • Exposure to 3D modeling and failure analysis tools (a bonus!)
  • Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally
