Need to return a SRAM.com purchase?

If your product was shipped to an address in Europe, please see our EU Returns. 

New, unused items, purchased via the SRAM.com online store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment, less the shipping cost. ​ 

Please be ready to provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization.​ 

  • Customer name     ​ 

  • Sales order #          ​ 

  • Reason for return ​

If you purchased your product in-store or from an independent retailer, please contact your retailer to arrange a return.

Returns are not accepted for discounted, used, or damaged items, unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.

Package and ship your return with the instructions provided by Customer Service 

Clearly print RA number on the outside of your return package
All returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags and accessories included

Allow 3-5 days after the product arrives at SRAM for processing of your return

A credit memo confirmation will be emailed to you once your return has been processed

Allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement
