Orders will ship 2-3 business days following order confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders will ship by UPS ground shipping. If your order totals $100 or more, you qualify for free standard ground shipping. At check-out, please select “standard” shipping option.  

Some restrictions apply:

  • Available for orders shipped to the contiguous USA, and to Alaska and Hawaii
  • Excludes PO boxes & APO addresses
  • Excludes wheels, which will include an upcharge to ensure secure packaging & shipping

New, unused items, purchased via the SRAM.com online store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment, less the shipping cost. 

Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags and accessories included. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your returned items upon arrival, and additionally 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.

Return may be initiated either by phone or by submitting a return request.

A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued before product is returned. An RA number will be issued within 2 days of request. This number should be written on the outside of the returned package(s). 

Please be ready to provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization.

  • Customer Name     
  • Sales Order #     
  • Product Serial #          
  • Reason for Return 

Returns are not accepted for discounted, used, or damaged items, unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.
