Shipping & Returns



If your product is shipped to an address in USA or Canada, please visit shipping terms HERE.

Orders will ship 2-3 business days following order confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders will ship by DHL ground shipping. 

Available for orders shipped to Andorra, Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Belarus, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Monaco, Montenegro, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, San Marino, Turkey.

Products to these countries will ship from Germany.  

Except for Switzerland, all orders are sold inclusive of VAT and will not be subject to Customs Duties and Import Taxes.  For Swiss orders, shipment is included, Customs Duties and Import taxes are not.

If you purchased your product in-store or from an independent retailer, please contact your retailer to arrange a return.

New, unused items, purchased via the SRAM.com online store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment including shipment costs via the most efficient manner (excluding costs outside of standard delivery and customs charges where applicable). The period of 30 days starts with the handing over of the goods to you or a third person you appointed, except the carrier.

Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Returns may be initiated by submitting a request to our Rider Support teams.

A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued before product is returned.  An RA number will be issued within 2 days of request. This number should be written on the outside of the return package(s). Items should be returned within 14 days of the issuing of an RA number.

Please be ready to provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization as a written declaration of order contract cancellation.

  • Customer Name
  • Sales Order #    
  • Product Serial #

Returns are not accepted for discounted, used, or damaged items, unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.
