Install your RED AXS drivetrain using the manual and ensure your components are paired properly. Pairing AXS components together only takes a few minutes and is necessary for the communication and actuation of shift commands.
The SRAM AXS app enables personalization of your RED AXS bike and your ride. From updating firmware and configuring components the way you want, to keeping a close eye on your battery levels, the AXS app is a smart tool to have in your virtual toolbox.
Simply power on your Karoo and sign in with your SRAM ID. Your RED AXS components will then connect to your Karoo automatically as sensors to record and display your gearing data and component battery status.
AXS Web will collect and display ride data uploaded through your Karoo to give you an incredible amount of insights, including shift counts, time in gear, power zones, and more.
Upon uploading a ride from your Karoo, you’ll get a notification from the AXS App to view your ride report. You’ll be able to review all your gearing and power data on AXS Web to help you train harder, make informed gearing decisions, and track your progress.
